Sathya Sai Baba : God or No God : my views

There has been a lot of controversy around Sathya Sai Baba, some consider him as a God and some dismiss him as fake. I have myself seen some of the videos which may create doubt in someone's mind, but then I think about most of the God's in past, just ponder on some of the questions that I am raising

1) Some of the miracles of Sathya Sai Baba has been captured in camera and that's why we see it and can raise objections to it, now think of all people in the past whom people think of God, isn't their minute chance of their miracles also being fake? But problem is we don't have video of that, so many are lucky to escape that type of scrutiny.

Had there been no recording of Sathya Sai Baba,  future generations  would have considered him God, and there would not have been an iota of doubt on this. I think you will agree to this.

2) There has been many God's in the past, but it will become very difficult for anyone to be God now. Because in today's world CAMERA sees it all. Thats why gurus will appear, but not God.

I believe in God and there are enough reasons for me to do so, but I just wanted to write my view on Sathya Sai Baba, lets take good teachings from him. God or No God it doesn't matter.

Barkha Dutt and Myself in a Court Case

Those who read my posts and comment know how much I am against Barkha Dutt and I have my own reasons. For me a journalist should not be talking FOR a party.. 2G, radia tapes.. a journalist shouldn't be biased, which I think she is. Its all my view and all are free for that..

Ohh.. I forgot, I have to write about my court case against Barkha Dutt.. so what if this whole JUDICIAL process happened in my DREAMS ;-)...its still interesting.. read on...

One day Barkha Dutt happens to read some of my posts and finds how much critical I am of her conduct. She is in the habit of only good good writings, how can she take this. And moreover how can a MANGO person (aam aadmi) write such bad bad things about her. She got infuriated. Taking note from one of the incident where she asked one blogger to remove his post (search in google "Barkha dutt, Kunte, Shoddy Journalism", Image below shows what that user wrote), she decided to do the same.

Her lawyer sends me legal notice to withdraw my post (I remember a time during college when I almost lost one year but didn't say Sorry, because I did no wrong). I thought if she can say anything, why can't I? Its time these so called big journalist who enjoy patronage from the govt, needs to be taken HEAD ON..  So I tell her, I won't do that.

So now she lodges a case against me, and everyday I have to go to court. I decided to fight my case myself with the help of GOOGLE DEWTA(god) , everyday I come from court and search internet for various things to help me in court, to fight against her.

This case goes on and on and on... as we all know this is normal in our courts :-) but one thing makes me feel bad, I have to appear daily in court, but Barkha is exempted.. I put a strong argument in court, is she special ? or is her work more special? why this kind of partiality.. just because she appears to be famous and she has big lawyers and she is fighting case against a AAM AADMI, does it mean she will fight case as if she is playing a VIDEO GAME.. I said to court, give your judgment, I can't continue to come to court when you can't provide a level field for all. To this court agrees and passes order that Barkha Dutt too has to appear daily..

Now this was too much for a PERSONALITY, how can she come daily, as that will mean spending hours in the courtroom, which will mean FINANCIAL loss..
anyway as per court orders she continues to come...but soon she knows she can't do this infinitely, because their new channel is looking for alternate and this is giving her bad name too.. she thinks, then how will she continue her journalism ...

so she tell in court that she is withdrawing this case.. but to her surprise, I tell the court I won't let her withdraw it, I need judgment on this. In our free country, cases can't be lodged and withdrawn as per our convenience.. now this was a bouncer .. court agrees and the request of withdraw is quashed..

now as the case moves ahead, I make a strong pitch for 2G and Radia tapes, I said, if there is some truth on those allegations, then Your Honor, what I have written stands true and then all this case will fall apart. To this the court agrees, and passes instructions to CBI to make Barkha Dutt also a party to the case...
arguments were being made in the court...

but in the meantime..clocks strike 6:30 in the morning and my dream is broken.. had I slept a bit more then this whole 2G, Barkha case would have been decided :-) ha ha..

This was my dream, and its all a fiction. Just wanted to share this.

1) Create a DD of Rs 142/= in favor of "Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited" Payable at Mumbai Branch.

2) Send above DD along with your ID proof and Residential proof photocopy to below address. You will have to fill a simple online form also (link provided below).

Once you complete those steps, you will receive your CREDIT score within 15 days. It will be something like this (its mine)

Why you need to know your CREDIT SCORE :
Because this is what any financial institutions rely on, and there are few instances where mistakenly Credit Score is damaged. If you have your report you can point them and ask for rectification so that you don't have to go through any hassle in case of need.

A passing thing I will tell you :
If you apply for lots of credit cards, it may have adverse effect on your score. But if you CANCEL it in a short span or without plan, it can have MUCH MUCH adverse effect on your credit score. Now what affects your CREDIT SCORE isn't the topic of this post :-)

Javed Akhtar : I differ on your views on 1 lakh award given by Modi to Munaf and Yusuf

Recently Indian team won Cricket World Cup 2011 which was a proud moment for all of us. After winning most of the states declared 1 crore or 2 crore prize money to cricketers. Fine its their decision, but whats disturbing is that some of the states diverted money from other sports or diverted money meant for some other purpose. I strongly object to it. I don't think our cricketers are in need of money, so diverting money meant for some other purpose is totally un-ethical. And giving honor is more important than CASH AWARDS.

Now where does Javed Akhtar figure here, well he is a so called few of the learned minds from Muslim community who are against fundamentalists, and I respect him for that. But Mr Javed bhai, don't you think your criticism of Mr Modi was totally un-warrranted and appeared to be biased ? and you clearly showed that you too have a grudge against him.. I have never seen a grudge like this for congress (Sikh riots).. or a grudge against those killed in Godhra which was directly responsible for Gujrat riots...Please please please don't involve RELIGION while you make comments..

so what exactly did he say against Modi...This is what he tweeted.

"All state are rewarding their world cup winners by atleast 1 crore but the rich Gujarat is giving 1 lakh each to Pathan and Patel. Great"

The above tweet wanted to score a point against Modi.. Mr Javed I know you won't be able to answer these questions.. (because you un-necessarily brought religion in your mind while tweeting)

1) Had there been a hindu, Modi would have still given 1 lakh award, but then Mr Javed you could not have tweeted to score a point. My request, don't use anything to criticize Modi.

2) Modi has given highest state award (Eklavya Award) to them (its similar to getting BHARAT RATNA from India), but for you money is more important than the honor, I dont think its a good thing. And moreover why do you expect a state to change rules just to award cricketers, don't other sports person deserve a crore award.. but then you don't get a point to score against Modi...

Javed bhai, i respected you a lot and thought you are different, but it shows you have a biased mind against Mr Modi, if riots are the reason, then have biased mind against ALL but don't be selective.

Javed Bhai, you should have praised Modi for giving highest state award to them, and not falling on the bandwagon of announcing money rewards blindly with no similar considerations for other sports persons. But you too have succumbed to religious thinking..

Barkha Dutt, Sahid Afridi

Barkha Dutt was among the first who was so so happy after hearing goody goody from Sahid Afridi. On listening tapes myself I didnt believe it because I never heard Afridi saying so good about India. Then one of my friend pointed that he may be looking for IPL chance and may be he said like that.

This is what he said after reaching pak, less than 24 hrs after saying good good..

Barkha whom the nation says she is a very big journalist, I don't know why likes to be on the wrong side, and why does she like to be on the side of those who are anti indian.. is it because to show to the world how EXTRA human they are. Some points which an Indian will not digest easily are :

1) Barkha is a strong supporter of Kashmiri's plight. And these Kashmiri's cheered for Pak team when whole nation was cheering for India in the crucial world cup semi final. Now Barkhaji dont you think they are anti indian and still you keep on saying what the separatists say, like demilitarize, and so on. Anyway its India, life goes on.

2) Inspite of criticizing Afridi you kept on tweeting  that he may have been pressurized, as if you know the pulse of every pakistani.. and what did afridi say, he said HAMARA DIL KAFI BADA HAI.. what a ****shit.. they are a nation who keep on providing terrorists all over the world, and he says DIL BADA HAI.. all world knows how big your heart is. He even said only MUSLIM can have big heart, this way he criticized every other religions .. and still Barkha Dutt is tweeting for him instead of saying I judged him wrong. Great.. keep on tweeting, nation will soon be fed up with this nonsense..

.. pakis and kashmiris steal barkha's heart the fastest.. I am not interested anyway :-)

How to search and download movie from torrent

Many times we look for movies to download from internet, and the one thing most easy comes to mind is Torrent. Here is a step by step instruction on how to SEARCH and DOWNLOAD movie from internet.

IMPORTANT : You need to be aware of legal issues which might be there if you download anything which is illegal, so take care of that. I don't recommend any illegal stuff.

Step 1) Open website www.google.com

Step 2) Enter following in google search, "torrent <movie name>" , then you will be presented with various search results.

Step 3) Look for terms like RIP, DVD, Xvid. CDRip, etc in search result. Click on some of these in new window.

Step 4) You will need to download .TORRENT file and open that file in your torrent client.

Step 5) You can schedule your download or download instantly as per your requirement.

Note : - below are some of the consideration you need to keep in mind

1) You will require torrent clients like µTorrent to download .torrent files faster.

2) You will also need to know what DVDRip, SCR, etc means. This is necessary for download quality. Minor info is given below
a) CAM : movie recorded by camera. Not of good quality. Not recommended for download.
b) SCR : generally these are provided for promotional purpose and may contain ticker information. You can download and is viewable but not the best.
c) DVDSCR : Its like SCR but in DVD format. Again you can download it. Quality is OK.
d) DVDRip : Its of very good quality. You can download.
e) CDRip : its also of very good quality. You can download.
Apart from the above, there are some more less found formats. You will get to know about them as you get used to downloading from torrent.


3) Have a look at screenshots if provided and also read comments posted by users before you proceed to download.


4) You will come to know about SEEDS and LEECHES. Look for downloads which has more seeds, as this means how many connections are available for download. More the SEEDS better it is.


5) If its a new movie, there are more chances of availability as against old movies.


 Torrent can also be a used to download and shares lots of stuff, if you remember wikileaks archive are also available on torrent. So its not only movies, you can download almost anything. Just take care of legal stuff. 

Railways shouldn't be privatized

Yes Railway shouldn't be privatized. Everything has a context and unless we understand that, it will be a  futile exercise for me to put my views forward. I am saying in India's context.

So what exactly is India's context. We are a country which is diverse not only in culture but much much diverse economically. We can easily find people for whom crores doesn't matter and also we can find people for whom even 1 rupee matters. Now you will think what has all this to do with Railways?? it has... read on..

Tell me, when you are around airport, what do you see? All good good things, great facility, everything organized. People in good clothes and so on. Do you see any poor or very poor or very very poor people around?? no you won't.. now you will say why should they be there at all. Ok I take your point. So poor people can't be on airport simple because they can't even THINK of buying ticket, leave alone buying.

Poor people can't travel by plane simply because they dont have money. Its not that only you have special need to travel throughout the country or world. Need may be for them too, but slightly different than ours. But we can't rule out the need to travel.

how will a poor travel if he has urgent need to travel for treatment in some big cities? I know he wont get a better treatment, but he too should have hope of reaching that govt hospital for a miracle to save his or his dear ones life.

I have seen people traveling by rails for this purpose, many without tickets. Now please don't make this sensitive thing light by saying they dont buy tickets because of habit. My dear friend, we have lots and lots of people in our country who can't, yes can't buy ticket. Railways come to their rescue and they are able to reach their destination of course they travel fully cramped, but atleast they reach their destination. TTE don't put them behind jails because for genuine cases they do show some mercy many times.

But will this be possible if railways are privatized?? No the day railway are privatized, it will start turning like airport and only those who can afford will be seen around. Yes for us it will make our journey more comfortable but the very thought of people unable to reach destination because of poverty shakes me. You assure this and I have no objection to railways being privatized. Can't we enact a law which will reserve for those who can't afford? well we have lots of laws from poor children to be admitted in schools, to free beds being reserved in private big hospitals, but all these are seldom adhered to. And I am sure we will repeat the same in railways. Why are we like that, its because we are never trained that way, neither in our family, nor in schools, nor in society.

Railways is one way for the very very poor people to atleast reach their destination in times of crisis, which won't be there if its privatized.

There are some more reasons why railways shouldn't be privatized, but I have brought this one in front.
